FORREC, a leading entertainment design specialist, has announced that Linda Hung will be the firm’s new vice president of business development.
This strategic promotion supports FORREC’s commitment to providing exceptional and innovative experiences for its customers.
25 years of experience
Hung has been at FORREC for 25 years and during this time, she has amassed extensive knowledge of all areas of the company as well as an in-depth understanding of the experience design sector.
She is highly experienced in creating memorable and captivating experiences which meet client objectives. Hung also manages many of the firm’s key relationships with both customers and collaborators.
Cale Heit, CEO of FORREC, says: “Linda’s strong relationships with the clients, vendors and consultants that make up our dynamic industry reach all corners of the globe and encompass multiple sectors. Her deep understanding of our business, key partner relationships, and the wider industry make her the perfect fit for this role.”
In this role, which starts on 1 October, Hung will lead the firm’s strategic development, focusing on the management and leadership of sales and business projects in order to create sustained growth. This will be achieved through the efforts of FORREC’s highly regarded business development team, with a focus on customer experience.
Hung is highly renowned in the sector, as a recognised thought leader and an active participant in industry events and expos.
“FORREC is a unique company playing a unique role in experience design,” Hung shares. “I’m excited to continue building the best teams in the business, collaborating with our partners and deepening our client relationships to translate their needs into unique and transformative destinations and experiences.”
Rigorous succession planning means that FORREC can guarantee its long-term leadership across all of the firm’s activities. The firm is committed to the development of talented employees, and this focus has established a long-term foundation for influential, innovative, and future-focused leadership with a continual focus on improving the customer experience.
Hung replaces Matt Dawson, who is leaving the firm.
FORREC shared its insights on sustainability earlier this year. Following her contribution to a panel discussion on the topic at the IAAPA Latin America summit in Mexico, Raquel Kieling, a senior designer, and project manager at the firm, explored how to create a sustainable future for the attractions industry.
