This session will be led by Jenefer Brown, executive vice president and head of Lionsgate Global Products & Experiences. During her time with the company, Brown has established Lionsgate as a major player in branded entertainment. She oversees a number of expanding businesses that stretch the reach of Lionsgate's film and TV properties, including LBE projects in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, as well as interactive games and consumer products.
Brown led the opening of Lionsgate Entertainment World, an immersive indoor theme park in Hengqin, China, as well as the Official Saw Escape and Escape Blair Witch experiences in Las Vegas; and The Hunger Games: The Exhibition at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
Lionsgate also has branded attractions within a dedicated themed land at Dubai's Motiongate theme park. When it comes to events, it offers live stage shows based on fan favourites Dirty Dancing and Now You See Me, and live-to-film concert tours of La La Land, Hunger Games and Twilight. Also in the pipeline are broadway adaptations of celebrated film and TV IPs Nashville and Wonder.
In addition, the company has entered the world of gaming, to much critical acclaim, presenting hits like a Call of Duty/SAW crossover and a Fortnite/John Wick crossover. Other titles include John Wick Hex, the psychological horror game Blair Witch, Five Nights at Freddy’s VR: Help Wanted; and Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid.
