The Ptak Group, the owner of Polish indoor theme park Mandoria, is expanding its international presence with the acquisition of a French theme park.
The company has announced the acquisition of Le Parc du Petit Prince, a leading theme park located in the heart of Alsace, France.
The purchase is the first-ever acquisition of a foreign amusement park by a Polish company.
The Ptak Group to invest in French park
Le Parc du Petit Prince is a 24-hectare attraction and the world’s first theme park inspired by The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
“The acquisition of Le Parc du Petit Prince represents a major opportunity for Mandoria to expand our footprint in Europe,” said Albert Ptak, owner of Mandoria.
“The park aligns perfectly with our vision of creating immersive, family-friendly destinations that deliver unforgettable experiences.”
Opened in 2014, the park attracts thousands of annual visitors. It was previously owned by French company Aérophile.

“After 10 years of developing a unique experience based on Saint-Exupéry’s work, we sought new investors for Le Parc du Petit Prince to enhance its offerings and attract a larger audience,” said Jérôme Giacomoni, co-founder of Aérophile.
“We’re thrilled that Ptak Group, a respected Polish company, shares our vision and is committed to the park’s future development.”
The Ptak Group will now invest in the park’s development, including introducing a new roller coaster to become a flagship attraction.
The company will also carry out upgrades to the park’s infrastructure.

Joanna JÄ™drzejczyk, who is responsible for business development at Mandoria, said: “These
efforts are part of the company’s broader growth strategy, which includes the ongoing success of Mandoria in Poland.”
The group plans to “elevate Le Parc du Petit Prince into an even more prominent and recognized destination, attracting visitors from around the world”, she said.
Mandoria, Europe’s largest indoor amusement park, recently opened the new Aquila coaster. The family launch coaster is by Vekoma Rides, the Dutch roller coaster specialist.
