Monumental Strides
Tiffany Rawson founded Monumental Strides in 2022 to help nonprofits, zoos, attractions, and destinations define and achieve meaningful success. This draws from Rawson’s business acumen and creative approach honed through almost 20 years of experience designing visitor attractions worldwide.
Rawson previously served as destination consultant for PGAV Destinations, where she worked on the planning, design and creation of attraction products and experiential narratives for destinations worldwide, including theme parks, zoos, aquaria, and museums.
While at PGAV, she told blooloop:
“I came here with a background in architecture. I have a degree in architecture and I also have a degree in engineering.”
“I came to PGAV because I love theme parks. Since coming here and being exposed to the other attraction types, I fell in love with designing and building for the attraction and tourism industry. So much so that, a couple of years ago, I went back and got my master’s degree in tourism administration from George Washington.”
Now, as a business strategist, she works with organisations to develop bold, future-focused visions. Rawson then helps to bring these to life through actionable, measurable, and mission-aligned strategies, with ongoing support through implementation.
