For the third consecutive year Rainbow Productions sponsored a category at the PPA Aspire Awards, an event timed to coincide with the Leisure Industry Week exhibition at the NEC.
The finalists in the first award of the evening for Best New Site were Anchorsaway Play in Manchester, Drake’s Den in Plymouth, Jango’s in Mansfield, Lunar Lift-Off in Ashbourne and Monkey Bizness in Glasgow.
On behalf of Rainbow Productions, Danny Smith announced the winners in the category, in reverse order, with the Bronze Award going to Drake’s Den and the Silver Award presented to Monkey Bizness. The indoor play centre praised as having been on a big journey, achieving excellent figures and receiving an outstanding mystery shopper report was the winning Jango’s centre in Mansfield.
