accesso Intelligence has introduced a library of over 100 Decision Skills

accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider for attractions worldwide, has further expanded accesso Intelligence by adding a collection of over 100 Decision Skills to help operators manage everyday attraction decisions.

By bringing together accesso’s 25 years of experience in the attractions sector and a decade of data and AI expertise from its Dexibit acquisition, the AI-powered decision intelligence platform now provides reusable approaches to real industry tasks.

Decision Skills helps operators explore what AI can achieve, get started without needing to design an approach, and consistently apply methods across their workforce.

Angie Judge, chief data and intelligence officer at accesso, says: "A blank prompt line doesn't tell you what's possible. It’s the cold start problem: you don’t always know what AI could help you do, let alone how to ask it.

"Visitor attraction teams know their businesses incredibly well, but they shouldn't have to become prompt engineers to get work done. Decision Skills package our industry experience and AI expertise into reusable ways of tackling real business problems, so teams can get started more easily and work more consistently, regardless of who’s asking."

Evolving library

The Decision Skills library ranges from leadership to finance, commercial performance, marketing, membership, operations, guest experience, retail, F&B, risk management, and analytics.

Operators can use the skills, which include variance analysis, profit protection, menu design, competitive intelligence, and identifying annual pass holders at risk of churn, in three different ways.

Users can ask a question, which tasks accesso Intelligence with automatically identifying and applying a relevant Decision Skill. They can also browse the library for a solution to a particular business question, problem or goal, and run it directly.

Additionally, operators can create and share their own skills, turning their own methods and ways of working into reusable, shareable resources.

"We want AI to become part of a venue’s operating fabric, supporting the people who make decisions every day," says Judge.

"Decision Skills give teams a repeatable way to put industry expertise to work in their own operation, building it into how they plan, report and act."

The library is set to grow further as accesso develops, evaluates and refines skills in response to evolving sector practices, AI capabilities and operational requirements.

Connected, actionable approach

The Decision Skills library is now available within accesso Intelligence and continues the ongoing expansion of the platform, which was released in March 2026 following the acquisition of Dexibit.

In September, accesso introduced agentic AI capabilities that let operators turn conversations into recurring automated workflows for monitoring performance, forecasting, reporting, and other analytical tasks.

Decision Skills expands this functionality with a fast-growing library of sector-specific methods that operators can use through conversation or within automated tasks.

Together, they support accesso's wider approach to decision intelligence, which aims to connect information across an attraction, apply relevant sector expertise, and help staff understand what is happening, decide how to respond, and take action.
