accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider for attractions worldwide, has launched new features that allow attraction operators to turn conversations with accesso Intelligence into recurring automated workflows.

With these new capabilities, clients can ask the platform to monitor performance, undertake research, identify and investigate changes, develop forecasts, produce reports and share findings with specific stakeholders.

Decision intelligence platform

With numerous businesses operating in a single location, attractions are complex organisations with data ranging from ticketing to memberships, food and beverage, retail, parking, operations, and more.

accesso Intelligence, a decision intelligence platform custom-built for visitor attractions, brings together this valuable information with relevant operational and external context.

This creates a fully assembled platform that gives operators a more holistic view of their business, without managing numerous disparate data and AI tools.

Using conversations, teams can now define the analytical work needed, choose tools and connected data, interpret the results, and activate the resulting workflow throughout the operation.

Angie Judge, chief data and intelligence officer at accesso, says: "What began as a conversation with your operation is becoming a new way of working within it.

"This is more than just a new way to analyse data. Teams can now delegate ongoing analytical work to accesso Intelligence, allowing people to focus their time on the decisions, creativity and accountability that require human judgement."

Unified platform

The launch introduces three new connected features: agentic skills, agentic automations, and agentic reporting and forecasting.

With agentic skills, accesso Intelligence can choose and use specialised capabilities to deliver multi-step analytical tasks, such as monitoring performance, detecting and assessing changes, and communicating issues that need attention.

Agentic automations allow work created and refined through conversation to be scheduled or triggered both repeatedly and conditionally. This can include undertaking analyses, updating information and sharing results.

Additionally, agentic reporting and forecasting means that teams can build and operationalise bespoke reports. The platform can identify the best predictive approach for each task, and bring together key operational context and external signals. Adaptable reports reflect what the data shows, rather than repeating the same message day after day.

Crucially, agentic automation starts with an objective, unlike conventional automation, which follows predefined steps. accesso Intelligence determines the work needed, selects the best tools and connected data, interprets the results and delivers the requested outcome.

For instance, a team member could request that accesso Intelligence compare weekly visitation and revenue with plan, investigate any significant variance, and consider relevant operational and external factors. The platform could then determine whether to reforecast.

Following this conversation, the platform can deliver a repeatable workflow that monitors results, considers key changes, and delivers recommendations and reasoning to those who need them.

"The next stage of AI in attractions is not simply helping people find an answer," says Judge. "It is helping teams continuously monitor their business, recognise when conditions change and bring the right recommendation to the right person at the right time."

With accesso Intelligence, data integration, sector-specific semantic modelling, machine learning, visualisation, reporting, conversational insight and workflow automation now come together in a single platform.

Visitors at IAAPA Expo Europe can discover more about accesso Intelligence and the wider accesso ecosystem at booth #S2123.

They can also request a complimentary, personalised visitor experience report to identify where decision intelligence could help reveal opportunities within their organisation.

The IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 trade floor is open at ExCeL London until 24 September.

Earlier this year, accesso named Lee Cowie as chief executive officer as part of a planned leadership transition.
