DUBAILAND® to showcase over 18 projects at Arabian Travel Market 2008

DUBAILAND®, a member of Tatweer, will showcase 18 of its multiple entertainment concepts for the first time in Dubai at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2008, the region’s premier travel and tourism exhibition.

 

Each entity of DUBAILAND® will occupy its own booth at its 1, 600 sq meter stand at ATM 2008, which will be held from 6-9 May at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The 15th edition of the event is expected to attract over 24, 000 industry players from more than 100 countries.

 

DUBAILAND® models that will be displayed at ATM 2008 include  Freej DUBAILAND®, Marvel DUBAILAND®, Six Flags DUBAILAND®, HIT Entertainment Little Big Club DUBAILAND®, DreamWorks DUBAILAND®, Universal Studios DUBAILAND®, Al Sahra Desert Resort, City of Arabia, Dubai Lifestyle City, Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Wheel DUBAILAND®, Motor City / Dubai Autodrome/F1-X Dubai, Palmarosa and Sahara Kingdom. "The Tiger Woods Dubai" and Global Village will take part in the exhibition.

 

An interactive e-book will be available for the travel and tourism community at the premises, providing detailed information about the developments, whilst offering further insights into what DUBAILAND® will offer in its entirety on completion. in addition to the 18 entities, the electronic brochure will offer details on projects such as Al Barari, Aqua Dunya, Dubai Golf City, Falcon City of Wonders, Legends and Plantation.

In its endeavor to widen awareness about its multifaceted landmark projects, DUBAILAND® also participated at the 8th Global Travel and Tourism Summit 2008 organized by the World Travel and Tourism Council from 20-22 April in Dubai.

 

As the platinum sponsor, the destination emphatically impressed overseas visitors and delegates by successfully showcasing its massive investments in Dubai’s travel and tourism sector, as well as its innovative leisure and entertainment concepts.
