Electrosonic, an international audio-visual systems integration and service solutions company, has announced the appointment of Marc Cooke (below right) as Director of Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Cooke will be 
responsible for all operational activities across the Corporate, Control Rooms and Entertainment markets. He has also been appointed a member of the EMEA Leadership Team.
Cooke’s appointment is an important step in the growth of Electrosonic within the EMEA region. He will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a high level of service regardless of project size or location. Working closely with the VP of Operations, Richard Maxfield, he will continue to improve and deploy strategic operational procedures, standards and initiatives, to ensure Electrosonic continues to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Cooke has over 14 years’ experience within the audio-visual industry. Before joining Electrosonic, Cooke was Head of Global Partner Operations for Teliris Telepresence. Prior to this, he was Head of Projects for Impact Europe before being promoted to Bid Director. Preceding this he spent four years working for Audio Visual Machines as their Operations Director.

Cooke will report directly to Sarah Joyce, the new VP EMEA, as well as working closely with Richard Maxfield, the VP of Operations.
