Gateway Ticketing Systems Introduces Revenue Growth Tools with Galaxy 5

Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., announced the immediate availability of the latest version of Galaxy, its highly successful flagship product. Galaxy is a comprehensive ticketing solution that provides companies with a seamless system for revenue generation and management, admission control, and security. With this release, Gateway is also introducing two highly-anticipated features; the Galaxy Upsell and Galaxy Loyalty modules. Galaxy Upsell is an automated tool that provides a seamless method to increase guests’ per capita spending on products and services. Identifying upsell options related to the purchase gives companies an opportunity to easily add value to the guest’s purchase. This helps increase per capita spending and goes right to the bottom line.

Galaxy Loyalty enables venues to promote brand loyalty and increase revenue by adding value to a guest’s purchase. Paper-based loyalty programs are expensive, prone to fraud and venues have little or no information about the guest. By enrolling guests in a loyalty program managed through the Galaxy Loyalty module, marketing departments can collect valuable information about guests’ spending habits so that targeted marketing campaigns can be created to retain existing guests, and perhaps even recover lost ones.
