Vintia, a specialist in innovative all-in-one ticketing and booking systems and part of SALTO WECOSYSTEM, has teamed up with Vulcania, one of France’s biggest amusement parks, to unify ticketing, booking, point-of-sale, and access control on a single, integrated platform.

The park, welcoming approximately 400,000 visitors annually, will adopt Recreatex and Enviso as a future-ready foundation to enhance daily operations and provide a more seamless visitor experience over the next four years.

Situated in the Auvergne region, Vulcania is a distinctive theme and discovery park focused on volcanoes, natural phenomena, and immersive educational experiences.

As one of France's ten largest amusement parks, it blends entertainment with learning on a grand scale, setting high standards for operational efficiency and visitor comfort throughout the visit.

One unified solution for a smooth experience

Vintia plans to implement a customised solution comprising the Enviso Ticketing Widget, fixed and mobile POS systems, group booking capabilities, Enviso Trade, the Admissions App, and fixed access control with GT7 at three entry points.

Integrating these components into a cohesive ecosystem will enable Vulcania to optimise online and on-site sales, ease the admissions process, facilitate group visits and reseller operations, and deliver a smoother, more uniform experience for visitors and staff.

“We are pleased to partner with Vulcania, one of France's leading theme parks," says Nicolas Pasquet, chargé d'affaires.

"This collaboration reflects Vintia's continued growth in the leisure sector and highlights how our solutions support leisure and attraction parks in improving operations, embracing innovation, and enhancing the visitor experience.”

Earlier this year, Vintia announced a partnership with Momants AI to deliver AI-powered conversational ticketing to the Enviso platform. The companies will work to make ticketing and visitor communication more intuitive, accessible and personal throughout the digital visitor journey.

The company also recently acquired Tactics, a Belgian software specialist, adding a specialised cloud platform for managing sports, youth and cultural activities to Vintia's solution for municipalities.
