The new attraction is the first surf park in the Middle East and North Africa to use state-of-the-art Wavegarden Cove technology, which produces up to 1,000 waves per hour for a world-class surfing experience.

Located within the Bilaj Al Jazayer development on Bahrain’s southwest coast, the park is created by Bahrain’s real estate investment company Edamah and GFH Financial Group.

Khaled Abdulrahman Al Majed, CEO of Edamah, said the project “reflects Bahrain’s commitment to innovation and growth”.
