The tech firm will be speaking with the management of Canada’s Super Aqua Club

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, is preparing for an educational session that will be broadcast online.

The company’s co-founder Anthony Palermo will be joined by Super Aqua Club owner and president Nadine St-Amant. The duo will discuss how the water park has used connected technology to increase revenue, simplify operations and ensure positive guest experiences.

Super Aqua Club features over 40 attractions suitable for the whole family, including a wave pool, supervised beach, Zepphy Lazy River, as well as weather-themed slides including The Typhoon, The Mistral, and The Tornado.

Connect&GO is a supplier of operations management platforms for the leisure and attractions industry, optimised to be flexible and easy to use.

Power of data

Attendees can expect to learn fundamental strategies for maximising success with guest data during the free to attend webcast. The session will be appropriate for attractions of all sizes, including water parks, amusement parks and family entertainment centres.

A representative from Connect&GO says: “We are thrilled to be participating in this educational session with Super Aqua Club and IAAPA to help attendees learn how to maximize their success with real-time data. Super Aqua Club is a shining example of how attractions can leverage connected technology to help drive revenue and create better experiences.”

The IAAPA Webcast, “Driving Revenue and Transforming Your Operations with Unified Data” will take place on Wednesday 25 May at 1 pm ET.

Attendees must register in advance on the IAAPA website to save a spot and receive a copy of the recording once it airs.

Connect&GO has made a number of hires in recent months, bolstering the firm’s Customer Success, Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing departments. Projects this year so far include Parc Safari, which is using Connect&GO’s technology to drive revenue and increase guest engagement as part of a three-year agreement.
