MSC Cruises is expanding its partnership with the Lego Group to offer new experiences on MSC World America, including the first Lego-themed parade at sea.
MSC World America is the latest ship in the MSC Cruises fleet. It will boast seven districts, a water park, and an 11-deck dry slide when it goes into service in April 2025.
The new Lego parade, a first for the cruise industry, will feature Lego characters and is designed for children of all ages.
The new Lego Family Zone is an area for builders and brick enthusiasts, while the new Lego Game Show is a competition with timed challenges and colourful bricks.

As well as the new Lego experiences, MSC World America will house MSC Cruises’ largest and most technologically advanced area for kids in its fleet.
The club, called Doremiland, spans more than 10,000 square feet across seven rooms dedicated to different age groups.
Steve Leatham, head of entertainment for MSC Cruises, said: “We set ourselves the goal to create the most exceptional kids and family offering at sea with MSC World America.
“Our aim is to give our younger guests the freedom to express their creativity, play, socialize and explore with amazing spaces and programs that have to be seen to be believed.”

Additional new experiences for families on MSC America include a mystery box-style game show experience, a new version of the Doremix Family Disco with new technology, and Star Shooters – an adventure course for teenagers.
Matteo Mancini, senior manager of youth entertainment for MSC Cruises, said: “We specifically listened to our young guests from North America to design our kids and family offering. We are bringing a variety of extraordinary facilities and new experiences never seen before.”
Earlier this year, MSC Cruises unveiled a swing ride called Cliffhanger that dangles guests out over the ocean. This was created exclusively for MSC World America.
