ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, is celebrating the opening of its cutting-edge MammothBLAST/FlyingSAUCER 45 water coaster at the popular Aquashow water park in Portugal.
The water coaster brings together the company’s successful BLAST technology with the world of rafting for a run family experience.

A memorable experience
For this new attraction, the MammothBLAST water propulsion is joined by two FlyingSAUCER 45 features, resulting in a truly memorable experience. Riders are seated face to face, with up to five people per raft, before being propelled along by BLAST water jets. As they approach one of the two FlyingSAUCER accelerating turns, they can look down the fall line to the exit, before dropping and diving through the turn.
Through the turn, the feeling of centrifugal force along the outer wall mirrors the sensation and speed of a great giant slalom ski turn.
