n-gage.io, a specialist in creating attractions management software for the visitor attractions and hospitality industries, has shared its plans to exhibit and present at the 2024 EAZA Conference in Leipzig, Germany from 8 to 12 October.
This follows the firm’s successful exhibit at the AZA conference in Calgary last month, where the n-gage.io attraction management software and guest mobile app attracted significant interest from organisations in North America.
EAZA member partnerships
n-gage.io is attending EAZA to showcase how its innovative software transforms how zoos, wildlife, safari parks, and aquariums engage with guests, providing market-leading insights to improve operations, promote conservation education, and boost revenue.
The firm is already collaborating with many EAZA members in the UK and worldwide, and the team is eager to speak to wildlife parks, zoos, and aquariums that have not yet had a chance to experience its solutions.
EAZA member the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, which runs Jersey Zoo, is already benefitting from the n-gage.io technology and mobile guest app.
Ian Osborne, director of commercial at Jersey Zoo, says: “We were excited to launch our new Jersey Zoo App and offer our visitors an enhanced digital experience. The team at n-gage.io has developed a software platform and mobile visitor app that is helping the industry transform their approach to visitor engagement, whilst delivering business-critical insights to help improve operations.
“The technology will certainly help us to enhance the on-site visitor experience at the Zoo and deliver another layer of digital media around the conservation work of the Trust. We believe the software and app to be a game changer for our industry when it comes to raising conservation awareness and delivering a more personalised approach to engagement.”
Bryan Hoare, founder and CEO of n-gage.io, adds: “We’re delighted to be supporting the work of Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. The Trust are renowned for its vital conservation work around the world, and it’s great to know our technology is playing a part in helping to raise further awareness, whilst giving the Jersey Zoo team the tools they need to capture valuable visitor data insights to help improve operations and drive revenue growth.”
Developed for the sector
The n-gage.io team will be exhibiting and presenting at the EAZA conference. Attendees can visit stand 22 for regular demonstrations of the operator platform software and highly customisable guest mobile app.
“We’re excited to be showcasing our innovative software and mobile app for zoos, wildlife parks and aquariums at EAZA 2024 following our attendance last year,” Hoare continues.
“As EAZA commercial members, we’re seeing a rapid uptake of our software and mobile app amongst the zoo community worldwide. We’re continuing to develop the software with the specific needs of the sector in mind and the conference presents a great opportunity for us to network with attendees and find out more about their specific needs.
“It’s important to us to experience first-hand where digital technology can make a difference to the zoo and aquarium mission. We spend a lot of time talking to our existing client base and in essence, it’s the industry that’s helping us to drive the future direction of our product.”
Hoare is scheduled to speak in an exhibitors session on Wednesday 9 October examining ‘The benefits of digital technology to enhance the zoo and aquarium experience, gain valuable insights and drive conservation education’. It is recommended that delegates check the EAZA Conference app to stay informed about session schedules.
“We’ve got some exciting announcements coming soon regarding other EAZA member launches of our software and app, as well as working alongside one of the world’s top aquariums,” concludes Hoare. “We’re thrilled to be playing a key role in helping the industry to achieve their goals and look forward to onboarding others within the industry over the coming months.”
EAZA 2024 will bring together zoo and aquarium professionals from across Europe to raise awareness of the loss of biodiversity and achieve more effective synergies around climate change and species conservation.
