Area15, the immersive entertainment destination in Las Vegas, has revealed its December programme, featuring festive holiday events and a range of unique New Year’s Eve experiences for families and party enthusiasts alike.
Highlights include several events that reflect the industry's biggest trends, including a wellness session complete with puppies, a disco for the whole family, a new Barbie brand experience, and seasonal additions to Universal Horror Unleashed.
Chill out or party on
On Sunday 14 December, the Winter Wellness Puppies & Poses session, presented by Michael’s Angel Paws and TruFusion, combines yoga with puppies for an immersive experience that Area15 says will leave attendees feeling "blissful, refreshed and connected".

Also on 14 December, the venue is hosting a Family Rave with Santa + Manifest Academy. This is a daytime disco perfect for the whole family to dance, play, and enjoy together; a lively event filled with music, lights, and family-friendly activities.
On Thursday 18 December, the family-friendly Malibu Barbie Café pop-up opens, bringing 1970s Malibu sunshine and bright Barbiecore style to Area15.
It offers an immersive beach-inspired world inspired by Malibu Barbie, featuring a roller rink, an all-day fast-casual menu by Master Chef finalist and “Chopped” champion Becky Brown, and whimsical décor created with Mattel.
Visitors can enjoy treats, colourful drinks, and engaging activities between laps, alongside exclusive merchandise and events such as cupcake-decorating classes and 21+ skate nights.
Elsewhere, the brand-new Universal Horror Unleashed becomes even more sinister for the holidays, inviting guests to experience four intense haunted houses and chilling winter legends.
They can take photos with Krampus, the Germanic punisher, and Grýla, the Icelandic troll, among others, enjoy festive foods and drinks, and watch a lantern-lit parade.
In September, Area15 celebrated its 5th anniversary. Since opening in 2020, it has welcomed more than 15 million visitors. Earlier this year, it launched its expansion, dubbed Zone 2: The Terminals. This includes the first Universal Horror Unleashed attraction and several new experiences, such as Felix & Paul Studios' Interstellar Arc.
