Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller and London Gate, a premier real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, have announced a new partnership, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, marking the firm’s first entry into the real estate market.
At 450 metres, London Gate’s new development at Dubai Marina is poised to become the world’s tallest residential clock tower and the tallest branded residential tower. It promises to redefine the Dubai skyline and set a global benchmark for luxurious living with stunning vistas.
The residential development is scheduled for an official unveiling in January 2024, with a resident handover by 2026.
New branded real estate collaboration
