Digonex, an expert in dynamic pricing solutions that provide visitor attractions with customised and automated systems to drive revenue, is fostering client growth and success through the promotion of Kelly Degenhart and Kris Kiger, and the appointment of Christy Carlson.
The expert team also includes seven PhD economists who create the company's pricing intelligence technologies, blending human intelligence and insights with advances in AI and machine learning to increase income and elevate the visitor experience.
Enhancing client implementation and success
As chief client officer, Degenhart will lead Digonex's client implementation and success operations, including daily interactions to support price recommendations and reporting.
She will also spearhead efforts to onboard new clients and support data and technology integrations with clients' ticketing partners, of which there are almost 20.
Degenhart has been at Digonex for three years, and previously led partnership initiatives at ticketing provider Tessitura Network. She also has extensive knowledge of live entertainment, with experience in performing arts and the recording industry.
Carlson will report to Degenhart as director, client operations. She will manage client onboarding and implementations and lead a team of data integration and configuration engineers.
Joining Digonex after fourteen years at Tessitura Network, she brings experience leading a range of implementation, application, and client success consulting projects, and previously managed ticketing services at Seattle Repertory Theatre.
This deep project management experience adds significant value in leading interactions with clients across a wide range of verticals, as well as their ticketing platform integrations.
Patrick Walsh, chief executive officer of Digonex, says: "Kelly is the perfect person to lead this expanded effort to more deeply engage and support our client success efforts.
"Kelly’s leadership efforts have been invaluable in enabling our clients to achieve industry leading revenue lift and enhanced guest experiences, enabling high client satisfaction and renewal rates.
"Adding Christy to the team brings on board an executive with deep experience coordinating the technology and human interactions critical to grow our client portfolio and support the volume of ticketing partners.
"We are thrilled that this duo will work with our customer success managers and data integration and configuration engineers to support our growing client portfolio."
Recognising impact
Digonex has also promoted Kiger to VP, software development, reporting to Tom Chiarella, chief product and technology officer.
Leading software development, including AI tools, Kiger will oversee Digonex’s enterprise and SMB product teams responsible for implementing the Digonex roadmap of pricing intelligence innovations.
Over the last 20 years, Kiger has contributed to and led a range of software development projects that have advanced Digonex's tech stack and enhanced user experience.
"Kris plays a critical role in ensuring Digonex continues to provide our enterprise customers the state-of-the-art pricing intelligence services they’ve come to expect," says Chiarella.
"For both our foundational enterprise product for attractions and live entertainment and our new SMB product for performing arts, Kris has led software development, and this enhanced role and realignment of our product teams is recognition of the impact he is delivering and will allow us to continue to deliver the features our clients are demanding in the AI/ML age."
Earlier this year, Digonex and The Morton Arboretum shared insights into dynamic pricing strategies in an IAAPA webinar, drawing on their highly successful collaborative project to optimise revenue for the seasonal event, Illumination: Tree Lights.
