Experience UK, a not-for-profit trade association representing British businesses involved in the creation and delivery of world-class visitor attractions and experiences, has named Ticket Tailor as its official ticketing partner.

Under this collaboration, Ticket Tailor will provide the ticketing platform for Experience UK's programme of events for the UK and international attractions industry, ranging from industry networking sessions to trade show gatherings.

Its remit will include support for the association's Alice in Wonderland-inspired IAAPA Expo Europe Opening Night Mixer and its InnovateX conference, where leaders, innovators and creative businesses can share ideas and explore the trends shaping the future of visitor experiences.

Connecting the community

With Experience UK's ongoing expansion of its events programme, the collaboration will support the association’s aim to deliver high-quality opportunities for the sector while offering a consistent and streamlined ticketing experience for members, partners and attendees.

Donald Bain, head of sales at Ticket Tailor, says: "Experience UK brings together an incredibly creative community of businesses that are constantly looking at how experiences can be made better, and that ethos strongly resonates with us.

"We’re excited to support Experience UK in delivering those moments and to make the ticketing journey as simple and seamless as possible for everyone attending."

"Our events play an important role in connecting the Experience UK community, both here in the UK and at major industry gatherings around the world," says Ian Clappison, chief executive officer of Experience UK.

"As that programme continues to grow, we want every part of the attendee experience to reflect the quality and ambition of our sector.

"Ticket Tailor shares our focus on creating great experiences and making it easier for people to connect. We’re delighted to welcome them as our official ticketing partner and look forward to working together across our mixers, conferences and wider events programme."

The collaboration reflects the organisation's continued dedication to creating valuable opportunities for its members to exchange knowledge, build new business relationships and engage with the broader attractions sector in the UK and globally.

Earlier this year, Experience UK praised the announcement of Universal United Kingdom Resort, which it predicts will drive increased investment, greater supply chain opportunities, skills development, and worldwide recognition for British expertise.
