Huitt-Zollars, a 100% employee-owned professional services firm dedicated to transforming the built environment, welcomes Dan Jenkins as the new director of design for the creative development team, led by vice president Gregory Senner.

This growing team strengthens the firm’s capacity to provide comprehensive architecture, design, and experiential development services across sectors such as themed entertainment, hospitality, cultural projects, retail, and location-based entertainment.

Based in Orlando, Jenkins offers over 20 years of expertise in crafting exceptional guest experiences for leading brands and destinations.

Throughout his career, he has directed diverse creative teams from initial concept through grand opening, playing a key role in developing award-winning attractions and immersive environments that have attracted millions of visitors worldwide.

Jenkins becomes part of a expanding creative development effort led by Senner, who was named vice president in the company's commercial division to develop an integrated service combining storytelling, experience design, architecture, engineering, and placemaking.

Creative vision and practical experience

“Dan’s addition reflects the type of strategic investment we are making as we expand our Creative Development capabilities,” says Andrew Fastman, senior vice president of commercial practice at Huitt-Zollars.

“Under Greg’s leadership, we are building a team that brings together architecture, engineering, planning, storytelling, and experiential design into a unified vision. Dan’s creative leadership and proven track record further strengthens our ability to deliver that integrated approach to clients.”

Jenkins will collaborate with Senner to direct design strategy, oversee creative implementation, and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for a expanding portfolio of immersive, experience-focused projects.

"I have admired Dan's work for many years," adds Senner.

"Beyond his impressive portfolio and award-winning body of work, Dan is someone I deeply respect as both a creative professional and as a person. He possesses that rare ability to balance bold creative vision with the practical realities of delivering successful projects.

"Throughout my career, I have often found myself hoping for an opportunity to collaborate with him, and I could not be more excited that we now have the chance to build something together. Our clients will immediately benefit from his creativity, leadership, and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences."

Huitt-Zollars' addition of Senner and Jenkins demonstrates its dedication to expanding in themed entertainment, location-based attractions, immersive experiences, cultural sites, hospitality, and experiential design.

The firm leverages decades of architectural and engineering expertise along with strong creative leadership to form a team well-equipped to guide clients through the growing integration of storytelling, technology, placemaking, and guest experience.

"Creative Development is not simply a new capability within Huitt-Zollars," says Senner. "It reflects our belief that the future of destination design lies at the intersection of creative vision and technical excellence.

"Dan's arrival marks an important milestone in our growth, and we believe it signals the beginning of a remarkable chapter for our team, our clients, and the types of experiences we will be helping bring to life in the years ahead."
