BIM Group has announced a strategic partnership with Leisure & Entertainment Operation Services (LEOS) and Global Leisure & Entertainment (GLE) to develop and operate Phu Quoc Marina Water Park, a large-scale water attraction planned within the Phu Quoc Marina integrated resort complex in Vietnam.

The project is planned for phased development, with a projected opening towards the end of 2027, depending on project milestones and readiness for the busy festive season. It aims to be a major family-focused entertainment hub catering to both domestic and international visitors.

As the project developer, BIM Group remains committed to creating integrated destinations in Phu Quoc that blend hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle experiences.

Phu Quoc Marina Water Park is designed to enhance the wider Phu Quoc Marina ecosystem, strengthening the island’s status as one of Vietnam’s leading resort locations.

Global standards & local context

Under the partnership, GLE will deliver advisory and consultancy services covering feasibility, design management, project coordination, and pre-opening operational planning. Meanwhile, LEOS will handle the strategic and operational management of the water park, emphasising safety, service quality, and guest experience.

The partnership was formalised through the signing of an Operations Management Agreement (OMA) among representatives of BIM Group, LEOS, and GLE.

BIM Group's Adam Owen Riley, head of hospitality, stated that the collaboration reflects BIM Group’s approach to partnering with experienced international organisations to ensure new leisure developments meet global standards while remaining attentive to local context and long-term sustainability.

Lennard Francois Otto, managing director of GLE and LEOS, says: “This partnership brings together BIM Group’s vision for destination development with LEOS and GLE’s experience in operating and advising complex leisure attractions.

"Our focus is on creating a water park that delivers consistent operational quality, safety, and engaging experiences for families visiting Phu Quoc.”

With more than two decades of experience in managing large-scale hospitality and entertainment projects globally, LEOS and GLE bring operational expertise across water parks, theme parks, integrated resorts, and experience-led destinations.

Once completed, Phu Quoc Marina Water Park is expected to enhance the island's leisure options, supporting its ongoing growth as a premium tourism destination in Southeast Asia.
