Mad Systems Inc., the award-winning audiovisual and interactive system designer and integrator, will exhibit at this year’s American Alliance of Museums (AAM) Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo, where the team will make a triple reveal.
In a campaign dubbed “The Three Days of AAM,” Mad Systems will unveil three major innovations — a new approach, a groundbreaking product, and a powerful new service — each designed to reimagine the future of museum and attraction experiences.
Mark your calendars
- Tuesday 6 May: A new approach to control and future-proof your AV system
- Wednesday 7 May: A new product that brings intelligent experiences straight into visitors’ pockets based on our patented technologies
- Thursday 8 May: A new service unlocking real operational intelligence like never before
“This is a defining moment for the industry, and for us,” said Maris Ensing, founder of Mad Systems. “ We’re talking about a fresh approach to how attractions manage, personalize, and learn from their audiences. If you’re ready to step into the future, you won’t want to miss what we’re revealing during AAM.”
“The Three Days of AAM” reflects Mad Systems’ commitment to helping museums and attractions become smarter, more agile, and more accessible and connected to their guests than ever before, all while protecting privacy and maintaining the magic of discovery.

Mad Systems will roll out the three announcements live each morning at AAM from 6 – 8 May, with updates shared across its website and social channels for those following remotely. Conference attendees can visit Mad Systems at the MuseumExpo on booth #1123 to discuss these innovations firsthand.
Mad Systems has also announced an Open Day at its lab on Friday 9 May, from 10 am til 5 pm, where visitors will be able to experience its Wonderland demo space and see QuickSilver®, CheshireCat™, Alice™, Mad’s personalised Avatars, and Lory™ at work. Lunch will be served from 12 pm until 1:30 pm. The address is Mad Systems, 733 North Main Street, Orange, California, 92868.
Earlier this year, Mad Systems was awarded two more US patents for its Alice and Lory technologies, namely U.S. Patent No. 12,273,589 and U.S. Patent No. 12,271,418.
