Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services, and the Milwaukee County Task Force on the Mitchell Park Conservatory Domes, are seeking proposals for a vision for the future of the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory.
The Conservatory’s landmark display domes, now over 50 years old, require ‘extensive rehabilitation’.
The site also includes a greenhouse and annex complex added in 2015, as well as support and educational structures.
This is an opportunity to review the role the attraction plays within the community and a chance to create a sustainable facility and operating model.
