Museum Connections announces date for 2022 event in Paris

News
Museum Connections Paris

Museum Connections, the international exhibition for museums and cultural sites, will take place at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, from 19 – 20 January 2022. This will bring together museum professionals from across the sector for an international trade fair, educational sessions, networking opportunities and more.

The event aims to explore trends and innovations and focuses on the business and sustainable challenges of museums and cultural institutions.

Museum Connections allows attendees to meet their peers and discuss new projects, find out more about the latest trends in the sector, expand their network and connect with decision-makers. They can also participate in conferences, featuring expert speakers from around the world. Meanwhile, on the trade show floor, participants can be entertained and inspired by the latest products and ideas.

The 2022 event will also include the Pop-Up Store, where attendees can identify key trends and see which products are a good fit for their organisation. Here, they will also be able to access expert advice on retail in museums. A panel of cultural and tourist retail experts from eight cultural institutions, in France and around the world, will bring together the leading trends to watch.

In addition, Museum Connections 2022 will feature business meetings as well as innovation speed dating sessions, where attendees can meet five selected companies in 30 minutes, to learn about some of the latest products and solutions.

Finally, the event will also present the Start-Up Village, where over 40 young companies with new ideas will gather at the centre of MuseumTech.

More details of the event can be found here, and registration is now open through the Museum Connections website
