P-Three is looking for operators for six new restaurant units at East Bank in Stratford, and for the ArcelorMittal Orbit tower and a restaurant space in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
P-Three, a real estate agency, has been appointed by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to let these spaces.
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is an “incredible place with millions of visitors drawn here each year by our world-class venues, cultural offer and events as well as two established business districts”, said Edward Fane, LLDC’s head of venues.

“We are looking for partners who share our ambition and aspirations for the park and we know that P-Three’s knowledge, experience and market insights will help us to attract the very best mix of catering, retail and leisure operators,” he added.
Opening later this year, East Bank is home to the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion, University College London and V&A East.
The new £1.1 billion riverside development also includes six new restaurant units with 15,800-square-feet of space overlooking the river.
P-Three is also seeking operators for ArcelorMittal Orbit, the UK’s tallest sculpture and the world’s longest and tallest slide tunnel, created by Anish Kapoor and Cecil Balmond. In addition, operators are needed for The Podium, a 14,105-square-foot restaurant space.

“Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in London, and East Bank is the most significant new addition to London’s cultural landscape for decades,” said Thomas Rose, the co-founder of P-Three.
The new East Bank restaurant units “are in a prime location and are ideal for established operators seeking somewhere special to expand, or new concepts inspired by the unique setting and purpose of East Bank”, he added.
V&A East includes the V&A East Museum and V&A East Storehouse, a collection and research centre.
Designed by O’Donnell & Tuomey, the new museum is part of East Bank. V&A East Storehouse is part of the Here East campus.
