Thinkwell Group, the global experience design and production company, has been selected by the US Department of State to design and produce the US Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai.
Thinkwell Group is proud to announce that it has been appointed as the turnkey designer and producer for the US Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, which begins this October. The US State Department has chosen the company to deliver an engaging visitor experience on the theme of The American Spirit.
Expo 2020 Dubai will include hundreds of themed and interactive pavilions, alongside a range of immersive cultural experiences and live entertainment, all designed around the theme of ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’ and with three key subthemes – ‘Sustainability, Mobility and Opportunity’. The event will last for six months.
The US Pavilion
Thinkwell Group will be creating an experience that allows visitors to explore a vision of the future, one made possible by American innovation and enterprise. It promises to be one of the leading pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The company will also be working alongside Global Ties U.S., an organisation that will be recruiting youth ambassadors as pavilion guides, as well as programming cultural performances. These will showcase the best of the USA’s country and culture.
“As an American/Lebanese dual citizen working in the UAE, it is incredibly exciting to be a part of the United States’ participation that is made possible thanks to Thinkwell’s local presence and global footprint,” says Amin Rashmani, Managing Director of Thinkwell, EMEA, who is leading the project collaboration between Thinkwell’s Abu Dhabi Office and its Los Angeles Headquarters & Studio.
“Our teams look forward to sharing the innovation and vision of the United States through the design and development of the U.S.A. Pavilion at this global event.”
Earlier this year, Thinkwell Group released its 5th Annual Guest Experience Trend Report, which explores guest motivations, success factors and must-haves in the field of fan conventions, festivals and events.
