Tiqets B2B Reviews Webinar

Online event will explore how attractions can boost guest satisfaction and generate positive reviews

Tiqets, a leading booking partner for museums and attractions, has announced that it will be hosting a free webinar on Wednesday 30 March 2022, entitled Strategies for 5-Star reviews from award-winning UK venues. This is targeted towards attractions operators and will explore how to boost guest satisfaction.

Favourable reviews are more important than ever. In fact, 89% of people say they now use online reviews to help them decide on which products and services to opt for. Therefore, operators need to ensure they prioritise a great visitor experience, in order to gain five-star reviews and also to encourage return visits.

Providing a positive, memorable guest experience also leads to free word-of-mouth promotion, which is often trusted more by prospective guests than corporate advertising.

How to ensure a five-star experience

To help webinar attendees learn how to create a quality visitor experience, Tiqets has turned to team members from four of the UK’s leading attractions. These attractions were all recognised in Tiqets’ Remarkable Venue Awards last year, and will now share their expertise.

Speakers for the session (L-R) are Janet Cole, Royal Collections’ service manager for Windsor Castle; Scotch Whisky Experience marketing director Julie Trevisan-HunterRoyal Liver Building operations manager Chris Devaney, and Historic Royal Palaces’ sales executive for Tower of London, Matthew Coulter.

They will discuss a variety of factors that can impact the overall visitor experience, from engaging staff in best practices to details such as clear signage and accessibility.

Attendees can discover the most important components of an exceptional visitor experience and come away with useful tips and strategies that they can then put into practice within their own attractions. Insights will also be shared from museums and cultural attractions from around the world.

Places available

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 30 March at 3.30 pm UK time (4.30 pm CEST/10.30 am EST), and attendees can register by visiting the Tiqets website.

Last year, Tiqets announced a new integration with Apple Maps. This means that prospective visitors can now choose between 3,000 different venues, bookable direct from one app.
