Vintia extends partnership with Rijksmuseum to provide online ticketing solution

News
Rijksmuseum

Vintia, a specialist in innovative all-in-one ticketing and booking systems, has announced the continuation of its partnership with the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After a thorough evaluation, the museum has selected Enviso as its all-in-one solution for online ticketing.

This choice underscores Vintia’s dedication to providing smooth and effective ticketing experiences for both visitors and staff.

Streamlined ticketing with Enviso

Enviso is a comprehensive online and mobile ticket management software platform. This cloud-based solution enables operators to handle ticket sales, season passes, memberships, bundled offers, and payments in a central platform.

Enviso integrates with local and global reseller marketplaces, facilitating ticketing widgets on venue websites, self-service reseller portals, and real-time API integration.

With the introduction of Enviso Tickets and Enviso Trade, all online and reseller tickets will be managed through one unified system. This streamlines the purchasing process for visitors while simplifying administrative responsibilities for the museum staff. By refining the ticketing approach, the Rijksmuseum aims to elevate the visitor experience and enhance operational efficiency.

Through this partnership, Vintia has also become a member of the Rijksmuseum Club, a business network that supports the museum’s mission.

“Our team looks forward to engaging with fellow members and contributing to the cultural community surrounding this iconic institution,” says Vintia. “We are honoured to continue our services to the Rijksmuseum and excited about the future of ticketing innovation.”

Earlier this month, Vintia announced it had reached a significant milestone by completing its first swimming pool project in Scandinavia, in conjunction with Klubben, one of Norway’s leading sports and swimming pool solutions suppliers. Voldabadet, a contemporary swimming pool in Volda, west Norway, opened in January and features Vintia’s advanced cashless technology.

Gantner Ticketing changed its name to Vintia last year. The company is a leader in developing cutting-edge, scalable, and comprehensive technologies that enhance guest experiences.
