Skywalker Grill will debut as the signature dining destination at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles.
Founded by George Lucas and Mellody Hobson, the new museum is set to launch on 22 September.
Open to museum visitors and the public, Skywalker Grill will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with hours extending beyond the museum's opening times.
Designed by Rockwell Group and operated by Rhubarb Events & Hospitality Collection, which is part of Oak View Group, the new restaurant offers panoramic views of Los Angeles.

Inspired by George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch, the full-service restaurant will serve American cuisine crafted from seasonal California ingredients, alongside a curated beverage menu.
"Skywalker Grill is a natural complement to the Lucas Museum experience, offering an inviting space for guests to connect over great food and conversation before or after visiting our galleries," said Tracey Bates, CEO of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.
"We are equally excited for it to serve as a destination for Angelenos from across the city to enjoy exceptional hospitality and beautiful surroundings."
Menu highlights include California-inspired dishes such as Dungeness Crab Cakes, Honey Miso Glazed Salmon, Crispy Chicken Milanese and Wagyu Burger, alongside pastas and salads.

Designed by MAD Architects founder Ma Yansong, the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art will feature works by artists including Norman Rockwell, Beatrix Potter and Frida Kahlo.
The 300,000-square-foot museum sits on an 11-acre campus and includes theatres, community spaces, a library, dining options and a retail store.
Earlier this year, the museum unveiled its first Star Wars exhibition, 'Star Wars in Motion'.
The exhibition will feature vehicle designs from the six-film saga, alongside props, costumes and illustrations from the original films.
