A $30 million multiplex including recreation, entertainment, sports and dining has been announced for the South Meadows are of Reno.
The development which is set to open in 2018 will include food, entertainment, roller skating, bowling lanes and an arcade and ropes course.
A Sportsdome XL will also be developed, offering turf sports like flag football, soccer and lacrosse, as well as court sports like volleyball, basketball and pickle ball.
The fast growing south Reno area has a demographic which is 50 percent families with children and 50 percent families without children, reports the RGJ, and the complex has been designed to cater to both groups.
The project developers have not received city or state for tax rebates or incentives and have funded the LOOP through investors and their own capital.
