Easy to use system allows operator to focus on the guest experience

Semnox Solutions, provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has implemented its Arcade Debit Card System at Happy Day, a popular FEC in Tabuk’s Grand Mall in Saudi Arabia. This move will provide a comprehensive and reliable customer experience management solution for the attraction.

“We were struggling with Reporting, CRM and Gift Management in our old system,” says Mr Khalid Al-Dhakeel, Owner of Happy Day. “Semnox was our best choice with their ease-of-use system we are able to free our mind and focus more on our customer’s needs. We are happy that Semnox has been able to implement and migrate the system smoothly without a downtime amidst the pandemic crisis.”

Building closer customer relationships

“Happy Day system migration has been a good experience,” says Meghashyam, Client Manager (MEA) of Semnox Solutions. “We had to work during the pandemic and without any downtime we were able to achieve it successfully.

“With Semnox system, they can focus on building a closer relationship with their customers using multi-tiered membership and loyalty management system. I wish them all the success.”

The company is experienced in providing venue management technology and creative solutions for the attractions industry, having implemented its Parafait suite of products at more than 2000 sites worldwide.

Recently, Semnox Solutions presented some insights from its client Gamesindo, a popular facility in Indonesia, about the realities of reopening an entertainment venue in the wake of the worldwide pandemic. Across the globe, the company’s Parafait solution has helped operators adapt to the challenges presented by COVID-19.

Venues such as Gamesindo are now seeing pent-up demand for fun and entertainment. Semnox is helping operators to make sure that they provide a safe environment for customers to return to.

Last month, the company also announced that it had installed RFID solutions at Planet Lazer Kelowna in British Columbia, Canada.
