Triotech, an award-winning creator of media-based attractions, has announced a new attraction to be installed at Canada’s famous Niagara Falls.
Scheduled to open summer next year, the Carnival Chaos Hyper Ride will utilise Triotech’s Hyper Ride system. The award-winning interactive media-based dark ride provides an anchor attraction with a “best-in-class” guest experience. The firm designed the concept to be innovative, budget-friendly and fulfil a smaller footprint than traditional dark ride types.

The attraction will feature seven interactive scenes with five ride carts. Carnival Chaos Hyper Ride’s 6,000 square foot show building will contain programable digital theming and a fully themed exterior to increase footfall.
On the doorstep of the majestic Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill is the future location of the new investment, a popular entertainment centre in the region. As a tourism destination for global visitors, Clifton Hill hosts millions of guests all through the year.
Ernest Yale, Triotech president and CEO says “We have worked with the team at Clifton Hill for many years on several successful attractions. For us, it is only fitting to deploy this Hyper Ride, with its unique motion technology, working alongside a solid partner in one of the world’s most iconic sites.”
President of Clifton Hill’s parent company HOCO, Harry Oakes, adds “As a long-standing partner with Triotech, Clifton Hill has introduced many new attraction technologies to the visitors of Niagara Falls over the years. I am personally very excited to be deploying this new attraction that will complement our wide offering.”
During IAAPA Expo 2021, Triotech’s Hyper Ride was recognised as Best New Product in the Rides & Attractions category of the IAAPA Brass Ring Awards.
Triotech will showcase Hyper Ride at IAAPA Expo 2021, hosted in Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (booth #1069) this week.
Triotech is also showcasing other concepts on their stand including Sugary Slope, an interactive movie for Triotech’s Storm VR simulator.
