Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for attractions, has announced the launch of Konnect Mobile, powered by Adyen. This offers a more flexible experience for operators, meaning they can sell and process transactions from anywhere in their attraction.
The new solution combines the flexibility of Konnect, the firm’s all-in-one management platform Konnect) with Adyen’s S1F2 all-in-one Android devices. This creates a unified experience for operators that will help to drive revenue and create frictionless experiences at attractions across the globe.
Konnect Mobile will boost spending
Attractions operators can now sell or fulfil orders from anywhere in their park using a single mobile device with an integrated payment terminal thanks to Konnect Mobile point-of-sale (POS). By scanning a visitor’s RFID wristband, staff members can always see what is in their digital wallet. The same team member will then allow guests to refill cashless balances or buy tickets.
This will help to boost spending at attractions and will be rolled out this summer at a number of waterparks across the US.

RFID tech streamlines operations
Konnect Mobile POS is the newest addition to Connect&GO’s product line which enables operators to make use of cutting-edge RFID technology to address the shortcomings of legacy technology and open up significant growth prospects. The Konnect all-in-one management platform uses its own Virtual Wallet technology to seamlessly connect eCommerce, point-of-sale, cashless payments, F&B, and access control to produce a unified experience with real-time data.
