With their successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 2015 underway at FC Schalke 04, Green 4 Solutions has launched the latest version of its Go system.
The UK based software company describes the new, full end-to-end system deployed within Microsoft Dynamics 2015 as a “game changer” for the sports and visitor attractions industries.
Jonathan Buck, Head of Product, reports, “We’ve put a lot of work into industry research and speaking with our customers to make sure we truly understand their challenges. After an extensive period of research and development we’re massively excited to be launching the 2015 product to market.”
All Go modules, including Ticketing, Merchandise, Loyalty, Memberships, Dynamic Data Segmentation and eCommunications, can now be utilised within the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform. Major benefits of this update include an enhanced user interface and more effective reporting capabilities.
Other advancements include an easy-to-use marketing automation builder and a slick new ‘drag and drop’ version of Green 4’s email marketing tool, Comm Creator. The company’s new donations management module includes a range of functionality to enable improved charitable-based up-sell and cross-sell as well as increasing the benefits of Gift Aid.
Green 4 Solutions has also introduced Mobile Wallet, which they describe as “a bridge between offline and online”. Utilising Apple Passbook, Google Wallet and Windows Phone Wallet, the software allows customers to store tickets, vouchers and loyalty cards as well as redeem offers.
Buck says: “We see this release as a genuine game changer. Our vision and the technology is already proven to deliver huge commercial benefits to the organisations we work with and the new solution just amplifies this. We’ve made everything really slick and easy to use.”
