Neom, northwest Saudi Arabia‘s $500 billion sustainable development, has unveiled another new tourism destination named Siranna.
Per a press release, Siranna is situated on the Gulf of Aqaba coastline and is an ultra-luxurious site with a 65-key hotel and 35 exclusive residences.
Siranna will provide “uninterrupted views” of the Red Sea, Neom said. The destination is designed to complement the surrounding mountains and flora.
Guests will arrive at the secluded bay via waterborne transportation before travelling through the natural rock formations to reach the property’s entrance.
Upon arrival, they will enjoy a signature beach club, spas and state-of-the-art wellness facilities, as well as dining and entertainment options.
“The guiding principle underpinning the development is to ensure minimal intervention in nature, where thoughtful and deliberate techniques will be used to preserve the surrounding landscape,” Neom said.
“The architecture will pay homage to the heritage of the local area and seamlessly blend into the adjoining mountain and wadi.”
Neom’s Siranna announcement comes after the recent unveilings of Leyja and Epicon, two more sustainable tourism destinations in the Gulf of Aqaba.

Epicon is designed “as a gateway to the future”, according to Neom. It includes a beach club, spa, water sports experiences, and destination restaurants. Leyja will be home to fine dining and modern eateries, rooftop pools and wellness centres.
Neom also includes a luxury island called Sindalah, a zero-carbon city with “vertically layered” buildings named The Line, the Oxagon floating port city, and the Trojena ski resort.
Saudi officials have described Neom as “the world’s most ambitious project”. They expect to welcome around one million visitors by 2025 and five million by 2030.
