Vivaticket, a ticketing and access control solution provider, has announced its new partnership with Icónica Santalucía Sevilla Fest, the best-selling one-to-one artist festival in Spain in 2024. This agreement designates Vivaticket as the exclusive ticketing partner for the following editions of the festival held in Seville.

Vivaticket, already established in countries like France, Italy, the USA, Australia, and Dubai, has recently expanded its operations to Spain, signifying a stronger focus on the Iberian market. With extensive experience in the entertainment sector and its ability to adapt to the unique requirements of various events and venues, Vivaticket stands as a global leader in the industry.

Clients include the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Italian Serie A teams like AS Roma and AC Milan, and the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. Vivaticket provides a range of services, from ticket management to additional offerings like merchandising, catering, access control, and cashless payment solutions, among others.

Enhancing the guest experience

In just four years, Icónica Santalucía Sevilla Fest has become one of the leading music festivals in Spain. With nearly 200,000 tickets sold in its most recent edition, the festival has secured the top spot in the national ranking of paid festivals, as reported by the Asociación de Promotores Musicales (APM).

This year’s edition features artists like Justin Timberlake, Rigoberta Bandini, Chayanne, Jean-Michel Jarre, Pet Shop Boys, and Kylie Minogue.

Last month, Vivaticket announced a collaboration with Tailoor, a ‘phygital’ 3D AI platform specialising in experience personalisation and product configuration. The partnership seeks to create a unique and customised user experience which begins at the moment of ticket purchase rather than on the day of the event.
