Compagnie des Alpes Sells 30% Stake in Looping Group

Compagnie des Alpes has sold its 30% stake in the Looping Group for € 9.7 million to HIG Capital in order to focus on the theme parks over which it has control.

Compagnie des Alpes had acquired the interest in Looping in 2011 on the sale of the controlling interest in seven leisure parks (Parc de Bagatelle, Aquarium de Saint Malo, Parc des Mini Châteaux and Aquarium du Val de Loire, Aquaparc du Bouveret, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn and Pleasurewood Hills) to HIG Capital.
