Disney has announced more than 400 vegan, plant-based options will be added to all dining locations at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, all quick and table service restaurants will be serving plant-based options.

There will also be a new plant-based menu icon, a green leaf, and vegan guests will be able to choose from sweet and savoury dishes and new creations.

The new offerings will be made from plant-based ingredients, such as vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds, nuts and legumes.

The dishes will be made without any animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey.

Walt Disney World Resort is launching the plant-based menu icon and vegan options from October 1 at quick service restaurants, and from October 3 at table service places.

More than 400 vegan dishes will be available, with Disneyland in California following suit in spring 2020.
