Entertainment Booking Concepts (EBC) has secured the contract to supply its Adventure Resource Planner to Ocean Park’s Halloween Fest for the third year in a row.
Ocean Park Hong Kong is one of the biggest theme parks in the world with about 8 million guests visiting each year. Their Halloween Fest, now in its 15th year, is generally held from mid-September to end of October. It is one of the busiest festive events in the park’s calendar and is growing in popularity every year.
EBC's Adventure Resource Planner, branded for this event as The Halloween Fest Schedule Pass, is a free scheduling and planning solution for guests. They can use it book up to four* Halloween attractions (out of a total of eight attractions) for the day of their visit using a smartphone.
By choosing the Halloween Fest Schedule Pass, guests save the queuing and waiting time for every Halloween attraction at Ocean Park, and will also receive an itinerary for their upcoming visit.
