Electrosonic, a leading national and global AV systems integrator for theme park attractions, museums and visitor centers, has appointed Senior Systems Consultant, Les Hill, to the Orlando office.
The appointment strengthens the company’s audio-visual service and systems engineering support for the theme park and tourist industry in Florida.
Les has more than 25 years’ experience in the themed attractions industry. His previous roles include Area Director and Technical Manager for the construction of Universal Studios Japan; Show/Ride Manager for the Indiana Jones Ride at Disneyland and for the Splash Mountain Ride at Walt Disney World; and Project Director for SimEx-Iwerks developing Turbo Tour motion based systems and 4D seat products.
Les joined Electrosonic in 2005 and has been based in California, working on entertainment projects in the museum, theme park and live entertainment markets on the West Coast and in Asia. In his new role with Electrosonic, Les will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and existing partnerships.
