ESF Scoops 2016 Small Business Exporter of the Year Award

Environmental Street Furniture (ESF), leading provider of innovative street furniture technology, has been named 2016 Small Business Exporter of the Year at the Business Eye First Trust Small Business Awards.

ESF Scoops 2016 Small Business Exporter of the Year Award The award recognises the company’s recent success in 10 new export markets, supplying clients including McDonalds and the National Theatre.

The event, sponsored by First Trust Bank and produced by Business Eye, was attended by 400 of the top small business owners and clients in Northern Ireland.

“This award is the result of what has been a tremendous team effort at ESF, ” commented Alan Lowry, CEO and Managing Director of ESF. “I wish to acknowledge the diligence and hard work by all involved in what is a very competitive market. We found ourselves up against some very worthy competition in our category in M&M Contractors, David Henderson and Lignum Interiors and I would wish to extend my congratulations to them.”

ESF was founded by Alan & Caroline Lowry in December 2012 and has since secured business in 14 export countries.

It is a leading supplier of solar-integrated site furnishing products including Street Charge and a 'smart' bench with wired and wireless charging capabilities for mobile phones.

ESF cites overseas trade mission and exhibitions as the catalyst for its success. The company is currently designing and tendering for a raft of theme park projects globally.
