Leading designer and provider of themed street furniture, Environmental Street Furniture (ESF), has supplied themed products from its ‘Style Collection’ line to IMG Worlds of Adventure in Dubai.
The company has supplied over 150 themed custom benches and 450 themed litter bins to the world’s largest indoor theme park.
‘Style Collection’ was launched specifically to cater to the experience attractions sector and this latest contract marks ESF’s largest and most prestigious to date.
“We designed custom litter bins and benches to their exact requirements, ” reported Alan Lowry, CEO of ESF. “This was a fantastic and very creative project involving well-known brands like Cartoon Network and Marvel in addition to IMG Worlds own original concepts, Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure and IMG Boulevard.”
Owned by the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group, IMG Worlds of Adventure occupies 1.5 million square feet and features four themed zones – Marvel, Lost Valley-Dinosaur Adventure, Cartoon Network and IMG Boulevard.
ESF worked with local management, and the USA-based design team to create themed site furnishings that reflected the distinctive character of each Intellectual Property.
“Finer details such as the benches and litter bins contribute to making the overall experience as perfect as possible, ” commented Neil Dwyer, Director of Operations at IMG Worlds of Adventure.
“The ESF team delivered on the brief, providing a seamless integration of these elements into their surroundings in the park.”
ESF, a global member of IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) and the TEA (Themed Entertainment Association), will be exhibiting at the IAAPA Euro Attractions Show in Barcelona from 20th – 22nd September.
