Fantawild Holdings, a leading one-stop solution provider in the theme park industry, recently held a ceremony marking the onset of project construction in Jiangxi province, China.
Amongst those celebrating on 27 June 2022 were deputy mayor of Ganzhou Lai Zhengwen, deputy secretary of the municipal government Wen Hai, and Fantawild Holdings Inc. president Liu Daoqiang.
One of Fantawild’s latest attractions, the Glorious Orient theme park, opened to Ganzhou guests in May 2021 and will soon be accompanied by new projects which will solidify the area as a leading tourism area.
A major water park is one of the planned additions, occupying an area in excess of 70,000 square meters. Based on the prominent animated film and television IP Boonie Bears, the venue will provide a selection of interactive and immersive aquatic experiences for all the family.
Fantawild says that each attraction will have distinct themes and be suitable for a broad visitor demographic. The new water park will become a ‘one-stop destination’ with a variety of entertainment options, seasonal activities, food and beverage, shopping and private events for guests.
Construction underway
On the same day as the ceremony, construction officially began on a new premium hotel for Fantawild nearby. Once completed, the themed accommodation will feature boutique bedrooms, franchised food and beverage, relaxation facilities, corporate services, and conference facilities.
Daoqiang told onlookers at the ceremony that Fantawild Glorious Orient has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the South Jiangxi province. He also explained that went on to the addition of a new water park and hotel will form a comprehensive tourism resort, creating a never-before-seen experience for visitors and boosting the local tourism industry in Ganzhou.
A company representative says: “Going forward, Fantawild will continue its company mission of ‘making the world a happier place’ and endeavours to make Ganzhou Fantawild Resort a paradigm for the tourism industry in Jiangxi, while ultimately contributing to the entertainment and tourism industry of Ganzhou.”
Fantawild was recently announced as a golden sponsor of TEA China, the first supporter of its type for the regional representative.
