The company’s automatic shooting system boosts customer engagement

Fotosmile, a family-run photo and video solutions company from Italy, offers tailored, cutting-edge hardware and software for the attractions industry. This includes the Fotoexperience Self system, designed to create a fun and immersive photographic experience for guests.

This provides an easy and streamlined experience for visitors – while they have fun and play on the set, it will automatically shoot pictures. They can then select and purchase their favourite image or images without needing to turn to an operator.

Fun and easy photo system

The Fotoexperience Self system allows guests to pay for their chosen images using either cash or card and the process is straightforward, thanks to a fully automatic sales system. Operators can also enjoy simplified daily management and printed sales reports, as well as adding their own themed screen interfaces and sales totems.

In addition to this, the system can also help operators to make more from an unused space within their venues, generating more revenue. It is an ideal choice for theme parks, aquariums, museums and more.

Where this solution differs from others is that it involves guests and makes them feel at ease while the photos are being taken, resulting in more spontaneous and genuine images for a truly memorable experience. From a marketing point of view, the Fotoexperience Self system improves the guest journey and boosts customer engagement.

Last month, Fotosmile celebrated the successful rollout of several new communication assets and a brand-new look.

This major overhaul to its marketing included a new logo and brand image. The company has also launched a new-look website, where potential clients and customers can discover more information about Fotosmile and its services. Furthermore, it also announced the new Fotosmile app, which makes photos, videos and photo passes available on a single platform.

Fotosmile counts Merlin Entertainments, Looping Group, Walibi Group and Six Flags amongst its customers.
