Leading ticketing and CRM specialist, Gateway Ticketing Systems UK, has been selected by Drayton Manor Theme Park to provide ticketing and CRM integration.
The flexibility of Gateway’s Galaxy® Product Suite allows ticket sales to dovetail into the attraction’s existing CRM solution.

The theme park, a four times winner of the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, is set in 286 acres and boasts the only stand-up roller coaster in Europe. It also features a 15-acre zoo and Europe’s only Thomas Land™.
Gateway’s CRM integration will allow Drayton Manor Theme Park to improve the customer experience and forge stronger relationships with its guests. Combined data and ticketing offers can also be used to boost sales of season passes and improve retention rates.
