Leading software solutions company, Syx Automations Ltd., has announced that it is changing its name to Gantner Ltd..
The news follows the merger of Syx Automations and Gantner Technologies in June 2017. According to Gantner, the decision has been prompted by an ‘ambitious international growth strategy’.
By bringing the expertise of both companies under one umbrella, customers have access to a wide range of integrated solutions.
Gantner’s main area of expertise is in technology hardware and related software. Syx specialises in software and applications. Since joining forces, they are able to leverage their combined strengths to offer current and new customers sophisticated integrated technology.

Gantner Ltd. is now a global supplier of integrated projects consisting of software and hardware solutions for access control and management systems for the sports and leisure industry.
Gantner Ticketing will be used as a brand name for all activities focusing on ticketing and leisure.

The company has stressed that the modification only concerns a change in name. The legal entity, property, board, employees, activities, accreditation, contracts, obligations, address and banking data remain unchanged. Gantner has undertaken to ensure that the company name change is processed in its registrations, licences, accreditations and documents as soon as possible.
