Event will welcome 4,000 professionals from over 40 countries to the scenic French Riviera

Team Park Project (TTP), the amusement park development and management company, has announced it will be at a leading leisure industry event next week.

The company, which specialises in “designing, developing, and operating profitable amusement parks” will be at this year’s LeisurUp by Mapic. TPP has said it is looking forward to meeting retail or leisure property owners and developers at the event which takes place 30 November to 2 December at Cannes’ Palais des Festivals.

Adapting to change

Team Park Project is providing solutions to an increasingly changing market, as customers’ expectations and habits continue to change. Shopping centres and malls are seeing increased competition from online retailers, with customers no longer needing to leave their homes for even the most essential items. Luckily, people are still looking for new social and leisure experiences to share with friends and family.

Retail destinations can revitalise their offerings TPP says, but to do so must rethink traditional business models and find new ways to promote they are still relevant in today’s marketplace.

The firm designs and develops anchor locations, ultimately entertainment venues that can operate as a standalone destination. The aim is often to create great experiences whilst encouraging people to visit nearby physical retail locations, encouraging recurring visits through the hybrid concept of “retailtainment”.
