Top FEC of the World!

The Family Entertainment Center Happylon, located in Filion Mall in Moscow, received the prestigious IAAPA award for the ‘Best Family Entertainment Center of the World!’ The 2010 Brass Ring Top FEC of the World was awarded at the Attraction Expo of IAAPA in Orlando on the 18th of November 2010.

The Happylon project opened its doors at the beginning of this year after a construction period record of about 5 months and was an immediate hit. The project was integrated into the shopping center ‘Fillion Mall’ and became a popular destination for young and old at once. The KCC team created a concept that appeals to all ages with an unique leisure mix and all of this in an attractive theming. This was according to the board of IAAPA the incentive to hand out the prestigious award. With an area of 6500 sqm, there was space for special attractions such as an indoor roller coaster that shoots through the roof, 5D Theatre, drop towers, hammer swing, dance party, bumper cars, carrousel, video and redemption games, skating rink and a themed restaurant.

The Happylon project was already voted as the Best Indoor Entertainment Center of Russia 2010 and also received the 2010 Golden Pony Award for setting the indoor FEC market in Russia on a higher level!

"We are very proud that our project was voted to be the best entertainment project of the world. This is the recognition for 10 years of hard work. This acknowledgement strengthens us to continue our drive for further improvement! Therefore we would like to thank Mr. Rustam Ageev, the owner of Happylon, and his team as well as all our partners for the close cooperation!" Yannick Maes – Managing Director, KCC Entertainment Design.
