Institute For Emerging Leaders
For the first time in Europe, IAAPA presents the Institute for Emerging Leaders, a professional development programme designed to strengthen your management team.
Offered in connection with EAS 2009, the programme kicks off on Sunday 27 September at the Heineken Experience and ends on Tuesday 29 September at Efteling Theme Park.
It addresses all aspects of leadership within the attractions industry.

EAS Seminar Programme – Free
The EAS seminars include three must-see tracks from Wednesday 30 September through to October 2 2009.
The first track will focus on Marketing for Attractions through 2020, showcasing well-known trendwatcher Adjiedj Bakas looking at future trends in consumer behaviour.
The Safety seminar will highlight how we might harness technology to manage safety and security systems better and how the industry can respond to changing consumer expectations to provide a safe, secure but still thrilling environment.
The Operations track will address three of the topics that operators of the future are facing: better environmental sustainability, increased financial flexibility and changing demographics.
This year, you will also benefit from the new Theming and Entertainment Seminar provided by TEA, addressing how the current crisis can bring new opportunities to your attractions.
